TREKKING ON THE AMALFI COAST & BIKE IN LAZIO – from Amalfi to Rome

Names that sound like coming out of an “Italian Dream”: Sorrento, Positano, Capri, Pompei, Terracina, Sermoneta, Castel Gandolfo and Rome.

Let’s start trekking first on the Amalfi Coast along famous Path of the Gods, then to Capri and we leave the area only after a full immersion in the history with a guided tour of Pompei.

Once in Lazio we start cycling between Terracina and Rome crossing the Pontine Plain to head to the romantic medieval town of Sermoneta. From there we proceed to Castel Gandolfo, the papal summer residence, and we enter the capital from the Via Appia Antica, as the troops did in the far past when Romans returned victorious from Greece.
