We enter the Eternal City along the Via Appia, Regina Viarum (Queen of roads), the oldest of the Roman roads, we go through squares and parks in a shrewd and expert way thanks to our twenty years of experience and deep knowledge of our city.

With this bike tour we want to introduce you to the unexpected beauty of Lazio Region, the history, the sea from Sperlonga to Terracina (Blue Flag), a territory so fertile to be the market of fruits and vegetable for most part of central Italy.

Excellent food such as mozzarella cheese, wine and typical local “sea and mountain” cuisine. We will lead you to discover medieval towns such as Sermoneta, perfectly perched around its castle and often unknown even to the Lazio people themselves, and Castel Gandolfo, the summer residence of the Popes overlooking the lake with the same name.A lot of history has passed trough here and you can feel it in the air.
